What you'll learn:
-The Science of Pickling: Understanding the balance of acidity, sugar, and spice.  
-Pickled Vegetables: Perfecting crunchy, vibrant red cabbage with depth of flavour.  
-Pickled Fruit: Discovering how to preserve seasonal fruits for a sweet-and-sour kick.

-Pairing & Serving: Elevating dishes with pickles—how to match them with cheeses, sauces, and sides.  

Afternoon Itinerary

1.30 pm - Arrival and welcome from Jen. 

2.00 pm - Start to make your delicious pickles

3.00 pm - Enjoy a well-earned cuppa and our delicious homemade cheese scones.  

5.30 pm - The afternoon will finish around this time and you will leave with 3 jars of each pickle.
