Curds made with a passion that might seem odd to other people, hand-cooked in small batches to produce a rich, velvety smooth texture and vibrant citrus flavour.
As for the honey, we leave that to the New Forest's bees. They are really rather good at it, so we don't add anything at all—just pure, unprocessed local honey straight from nature.
