Salad Vinegars 50ml
Our new range of salad vinegars features garden and foraged ingredients.
Our favourite salad recipe:
Watermelon, Isle of Wight soft cheese, olive oil, wild rose petal vinegar, fresh mint leaves, sugar, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl mix 25ml olive oil with 25ml of vinegar. Add a teaspoon sugar and salt and pepper to taste and whisk until emulsified. Take a quarter of a ripe watermelon, remove skin, dice and add to the bowl. Chop 110g of the cheese and add to bowl along with the roughly chopped mint.

Ingredients:
White wine vinegar, citric acid and flavour as listed.
