This isn't like any lemon curd you've bought from a supermarket. This is a fresh, rich, natural product, no additives, no artificial colours and a short shelf life - don't worry about that shelf life though; once opened, this delicious treat will be gone by the end of the week!
It's made with the juice and zest of the finest unwaxed lemons, whole Fluffets free range eggs (we think they are the best available because the birds' natural diet produces a brilliant yellow yolk.)
Making this curd is a true demonstration of the artisan jam maker's technique - it's a blending and cooking process that puts the art in artisan. The gentle, aromatic cooking process drives our neighbours wild!
This lemon curd is pure luxury for the mouth. Whatever you do, don't eat this delicious fresh curd with a spoon! If you start, you'll empty the jar (which will be fun)...
